What is the Collexo DQR Terminal?

The Collexo DQR Terminal is Collexo’s payment device for education fee counters. It generates transaction-specific dynamic QR codes and passes the payment context into Collexo, so the transaction, receipt, settlement and reconciliation status stay mapped to the correct student, fee and institutional record.

What is Pixi?

Pixi™ is NoPaperForms’ smart student ID and campus payments solution, offered as part of Collexo®. Pixi combines campus identity, access, payments and transit capabilities through a co-branded prepaid payment instrument. The instrument is issued by Transcorp International Limited, an RBI-licensed PPI issuer, with Collexo acting as the co-branding and technology partner.

Does Collexo support AutoDebit and EMI?

Yes. Collexo AutoDebit supports configured recurring fee schedules and payment mandates. Collexo can also support EMI options through eligible lending or payment partners, subject to their terms and approval processes.

What is the difference between an installment plan and EMI?

An installment plan divides a fee into payment schedules defined by the institution. EMI is a financing option provided through an eligible lending or payment partner, subject to that partner’s terms and approval.

How does Collexo reconcile payments and settlements?

Collexo connects each payment transaction with the relevant student, fee demand, gateway or device transaction, receipt, bank settlement and institutional finance record, and surfaces unmatched or irregular entries for review.

Can Collexo integrate with ERP, SIS, CRM and accounting systems?

Yes. Collexo can connect with supported ERP, SIS, CRM and accounting systems, student portals, payment gateways, banks and communication channels through configured integrations and exports. Collexo is also natively connected to Meritto®, so fee collection can be triggered at the point of admission.

Does Collexo support multiple campuses and bank accounts?

Yes. Institutions can configure and monitor fee structures, collections, settlements and reports across supported campuses, centres, departments, programmes, entities and bank accounts.

How secure is Collexo?

Collexo uses role-based access, encryption and auditable finance workflows. NoPaperForms holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications and SOC 2 Type I and Type II certifications, and is GDPR compliant following an independent audit of its GDPR control framework. The company also operates in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. How long does implementation take?
